Refund Policy

Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd offers refunds in accordance with this policy and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Refunds

Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, subject to approval by Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd.

Approved change-of-mind refunds are subject to a 20% service and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example:

Purchase Price: $1,000

Less 20% Service Fee: $200

Refund Amount: $800

Original shipping charges, freight costs, customs duties, installation fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds will only be processed after:

  • The return has been approved.
  • The returned goods have been received.
  • The goods have passed inspection and meet the requirements of our Return Policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should notify Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd in writing as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd may provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days and returned using the original payment method where possible.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
