Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd ships products throughout Australia and internationally where available.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, import schedules, and order requirements.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and freight charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated on the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation. Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed before order completion.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes provided by Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Supplier lead times
- Freight carrier delays
- Customs clearance
- Import processing
- Public holidays
- Events outside our reasonable control
Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd is not liable for losses arising from delivery delays.
Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Any shortages, incorrect items, or transit damage should be reported in writing as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
