Return Policy

At Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to return an item, please review the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted where:

  • A return request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
  • Prior written approval has been obtained from Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • The item is returned within ten (10) business days of return approval being issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products.
  • Products sourced specifically for a customer.
  • Consumable items that have been opened or used.
  • Software, digital licences, or downloadable products.
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, modification, or unauthorised repair.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until received by us.

Inspection

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Ezzi Vision Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject returns or apply deductions where goods are not returned in their original condition.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
