XDS-100B cannot exhaust directly to atmosphere, and must be backed by primery pump. XDS100B is intended for use in conjuction with Edwards XDS35i or Edwards XDS46i scroll pumps.\n\nThe body of XDS 100B booster pump includes a fixed scroll and orbital scroll.
