About VaCo Series Laboratory Freeze Dryer
This is entry-level series freeze dryer and lyophilizer with modular system that makes the dryer perfect for all your laboratory tasks. The housing is made of robust stainless steel and the units are optionally available with a -50C or -80C. These are built according to the new new EU F-Gases Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 and only environment-friendly and natural refrigerant are used. Depending upon the application, different modules can be used with the basic unit.

Acrylic glass chambers are available in different dimensions and the base plate represents the connecting piece to ice condensor. (Chamber lid with vacuum connection (NS 29/32) is available on request)
Stainless steel chamber is suitable in case the organic solvents or substances attack acrylic glass
Aluminium insert rack is available in 2 packages: heated and unheated packages
Stainless steel drying trays are available to match the shelves
Drying racks, made of stainless steel and incl. 3-way valve (NS 29/32), is ideal if the drying is taking place in exclusive glass flasks or ampoules
Ampoule adapter, for 16 ampoule, is also available to extend vacuum valve
Sealing device is an option available from VaCo 5 and it is requirement when producing lyophilizates in vials to seal them in vacuum after drying
Vacuum control is available to set different vacuum values
Zirbus vacuum pump which is an oil-sealed rotary vane pump or chemistry hybrid vacuum pump
